As a Head - Supply Chain, you will direct or coordinate production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, or financial forecasting services or activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, customer service, or safety.

What you will do:

- Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamliningactivities to meet product distribution needs. Direct the movement, storage, or processing of inventory.

- B2B and D2C Warehousing Operations - Owning plus 3Ps - Improving C2D TAT across by focusing C2P, P2S, S2D

- Ensuring B2B and D2C logistics at best cost and TAT

- Demand & Supply Planning: Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products

- Increasing the Working Capital ratio by improving the payable cycle

- RM/ PM Sourcing - Leading Hyperlocal / Next day delivery project in D2C

- Handling TPMs - Scaling up Production capacities to support 400% growth without compromising on quality leading the cost saving projects

- Determining appropriate equipment and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials

- Managing activities related to strategic purchasing, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving

- Selecting transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution

- Defining performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality

- Implementing new or improved supply chain processes to improve efficiency or performance

- Developing procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance

- Analyzing inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service

- Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders

- Analyzing information about supplier performance or procurement program success.
