Head - Supply Chain - Chemicals/Manufacturing Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1- New supplier development as per project/product requirement

2- Supplier selection/evaluation as per SOP

3- Prepare product BOM & make project costing as per BOM

4- Project review meeting with internal team

5- Material transformation through VAVE, Alternate Sourcing methods

6- Tooling/Part Cost Estimation for Plastic, PDC, Stamping & Rubber Parts.

7- Mold/Tool development as per product/project requirement

8- To establish Price Agreement & Quality Agreement with New Suppliers.

9- Manage Tool List & Tool Contracts for Casting, Injection Molding & Stamping Tools.

10- New Product Development with coordination of internal design team and suppliers.

11- Handling of NPD through APQP and take care of PPAP process/documents
