Key Responsibilities : - Ownership of supplier partnerships across all agri-input categories (strategy &amp; implementation) while working closely with the founders - Communicating with C-suite executives and business leaders across a range of audiences - Preparing pitch materials for suppliers - Develop &amp; implement a seamless onboarding process by working with the Technology team - Negotiate and implement partnership agreements with suppliers - Owning activation &amp; supplier onboarding on the platform - In-depth understanding of the agri-inputs market dynamics - Should have established network with manufacturer/ suppliers of agri-inputs / forging B2B partnerships in the agri input space Designation : Supply Head Department : Supply Chain Reporting to : Founders Location : Gurugram Geographical Area to be covered : PAN India/North india Educational Qualification : - MBA from tier1 Institute (IIM, XIMB, IRMA, MANAGE, NIAM etc) + 3-4 years of total work experience with agri-input firms in any sales or marketing role like RSM, Product Manager, Portfolio Manager, Marketing Manager etc - BSc (Agri) + MBA from reputed institute
