They recently raised series-B round of funding. Job Description: - Building strategic relationships with various Suppliers viz. Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, CHAs and convince them of organization's value propositions - Develop the Supply side Playbook to bring adoption at scale. This includes defining and setting criteria for prospecting, booking, churn, upsell, downsell, documentation requirements etc. - Developing a complete understanding of Sales team needs and building a heat map of suppliers with respect to demand from Sales - Owning the road map and strategy to drive exponential and sustainable product-led growth by sourcing and acquiring new Suppliers - Building and leading rockstar business development and inside sales teams - Prioritize experiments and product changes in close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Product Design and Customer success teams so as to ensure user adoption all the way through retention and expansion - Set up KRAs and KPIs of the team and ensure that the team meets these targets Profile : - Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation from premium educational institutions - Experience: 7-10 years with major international Shipping Lines as a part of their Senior Management or 5-8 years of management consulting experience within the international logistics space. - Be collaborative, and have experience in working with cross-functional teams - Be comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in ambiguous situations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adept at working with multiple stakeholders - Strong business acumen, critical thinker and a dynamic problem solver Job Offer : This is a leadership position that will manage global supplier relations playing key role in the business expansion of the firm.
