Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute a roadmap for the digital transformation of the human resources function, aligned with the company's strategic objectives and values.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative and user-friendly technology solutions for various human resources processes, such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.

- Manage the selection, integration, and optimisation of human resources technology platforms like SuccessFactors and other SAP suites, SNOW, Sales Force, People Strong, etc., and other systems, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the impact and return on investment of human resources technology initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, business units, employees, vendors, and consultants.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, fostering a collaborative and agile mindset among the human resources team and the wider organisation.

- Manage the human resources technology budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practises in human resources technology and identify opportunities for learning and benchmarking.

Qualifications and Skills

- Master's degree or higher in human resources, information technology, or business administration, or a related field.

- At least 18 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

- At least 8 years of experience in managing human resources technology projects and systems, preferably in a global and complex environment.

- Demonstrated expertise in human resources technology platforms and tools, such as applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, learning management systems, employee engagement platforms, and analytics software like SuccessFactors & other SAP software, SNOW, sales force, people strong, etc.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Passionate about technology and innovation and committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
