Branding & Outreach
- Co-work with marketers and branding agencies to design the University's brand proposition and branding/ marketing strategy
- Guide and project manage the development, execution, and delivery the University's branding & outreach strategy
- Drive marketing and outreach across online (digital marketing) and offline (fairs, events etc.) channels basis profile of the targeted audience
- Design event calendar to manage outreach activities and oversee execution of planned events/webinars etc. to meet desired objectives
- Set-up and measure metrics to track ROI on marketing campaigns
- Regularly review the University's branding, communication, PR and Outreach strategy
- Support talent acquisition and human resource team in faculty outreach and recruitment Student Admissions
- Co-work with the University's leadership and advisors to develop student selection process and criterion for each course; review and update regularly
- Design and execute course-wise targeted student outreach campaign to attract admissions from amongst the target student segments/ profile
- Work with various external agencies such as education publishers, digital marketing agencies, individual consultants, coaching centres etc as required to identify and attract the target students
- Work with the External Engagement and Partnerships lead at PU to attract students from corporates where possible
- Oversee all admission related operations such as student visits, student counselling, onboarding etc. Manage funnel from enquiries to applications to conversion and subsequent retention of the student the University
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Management/Communications/PR along with Master's in Management/Marketing/Business Administration(preferred)
- 20+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, communications, PR, student admissions, branding and advertising
- 5+ years of experience in managing student admissions for a higher education institute
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaigns, communication strategies, branding and outreach for corporation
- Strong user eccentricity, stakeholder management and client orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the University's leadership and advisory board
