To look after stressed asset portfolio related to large accounts in order to do the following :

- Loan Recovery / Reconstruction

- Loan Restructuring with enhanced security

- Project / Business Take over

- Project Business sell of.

- Sell down/Liquidation of security

- Any other / combination

- Close interaction with all business / vertical heads / functional heads

- Understanding of Legal aspect i.e Sarfersai, NCLT etc.

- Networking with banks/nbfcs/infra developers

- Build and nurture client relationship
