Head - Strategy & Product Development - Startup

Top Venture Capital backed start up is looking for a high performing strategy consultant to join their business as Head of Strategy and Product Development. Need a smart individual who can wear multiple hats including-

- Heading operations

- Investor relations

- Creating the strategy roadmap of the business in partnership with the Co-Founders

- Owning the product development piece which includes coordinating feedback from business and managing the Data Science and Technology teams

- The Data Science team has PhDs specializing in Artificial Intelligence including Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. A genuine passion for technology and it's ability to bring disruptive change is required.

The product development piece is a critical element of the role and candidates with prior software development background will be strongly preferred. Only looking at candidates from top strategy consulting backgrounds with above average (tracking plus) ratings in their annual reviews.
