Head - Strategy - Packaging Firm

We are looking at Head Strategy for a global packaging organisation .

Job Description :

- Understand organization priorities and formulate strategic projects to meet organization goals.

- Communicate and implement the company's strategy internally and externally so that all associates, partners, suppliers, and contractors understand the companywide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals.

- Create and drive growth strategies involving new product launches, acquisition opportunities, service differentiation, growing the share of customer base through consumer insights etc. to ensure long term growth.

- Conceptualize and implement key initiatives for growth, cost savings, operational excellence, Kaizen initiatives and service to ensure compliance to profitability.

- Partner with institutional leadership, special committees, and consultants to design and support execution of key corporate initiatives to achieve strategic milestones & grow profitability.

- Document external environment trends through objective-oriented market research, industry research and do competitor benchmarking to create/replicate best practises for the organization & revise strategic plan accordingly.

- Prepare risk analysis document for new initiative to enable successful decision making of senior management.
