We are looking to hire a Head of Operations to oversee functions such as sales, marketing, finance etc. and drive P&amp;L of the business with direct reporting into Managing Director and Joint Managing Director of the company. Primary responsibilities include : - Enhancing cash flow turn around by 100% through extensive financial forecasting, better debt management, cash flow projections and efficient working capital management - Work on expansion strategy in new revenue streams and identifying go-to-market strategy - Review metrics in Balance Score Card and track execution of activities against Actual scores - Preparation of Annual Operating Plan for the year and analyze business performance periodically - Conduct review meetings in order to track operational performance with reference to AOP to evaluate action plan for business continuity - Design trackers and templates for effective monitoring and reporting - Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders to optimize costs, reduce turn-around time and minimize redundancy - Mentor and inspire teams to achieve productivity and engagement Basic requirements are : - Familiarity with all business functions including sales, HR, finance &amp; operations - Knowledge of data analytics and reporting - Good with numbers and financial planning - Outstanding communication and negotiation ability - Excellent people skills and leadership capability - Comfort with operating in VUCA environment
