The Role:
- As their Chief Operating Officer, you will report to the Founder-CEO and be tasked with refining and implementing strategies to ensure desired outcomes and manage overall success and growth according to plan. This will include activation at a strategy level and interfacing for implementation and monitoring where required.
- Main aspects of the role will be in the areas of sales strategy, partner management, customer acquisition and customer experience management. As the COO you will play a crucial role in the achievement of organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with CEO and Exe leadership in developing and executing strategic plans.
Sales Implementation : Refine and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Customer Experience: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to streamline customer experience.
Collection Management: Leverage experience in collection management to optimize debt recovery processes.
Project Management : Oversee and manage key projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Your Profile:
- Premier institute MBA with 15-20 years of experience, including a significant stints in the Finance/Fintech industry.
- Proven expertise in strategy formulation and sales implementation, together with collection management are essential requirements. Understanding of Fintech regulatory and compliance requirements is a must-have.
