Role Purpose : Build and fortify a strong business model by going in depth and understanding where opportunities are and chasing them with innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving overall sales & revenue targets.

- Collaborate with category & finance team to achieve desired category level margin targets.

- Uncompromising Customer Centric Approach.

- Study industry trends and bring out insights to drive differentiation and response to counter competitive moves

Internal Business Process :

- Review return on investment and sales sensitivity curves, provide inputs for business planning to relevant stakeholders, monitor progress against plans and work with sales, marketing and finance teams to recommend changes to plan, if required.

- Sensing the market to stay on top of trends in an ever-changing ecosystem and finding opportunities

People/ Learning & Growth :

- A team leader with excellent communication skills both verbal & written, presentation capabilities.

- Work closely with the Founders.

- Good with numbers & analytical abilities.

Academics and Experience :

- Qualification : MBA - Marketing (Premier Business School)

- Work Experience : 4 - 8 years in strategy & planning (with top Management consulting firms only).
