A leading Life Insurance Company is looking for Head Strategy - Non - Prop business verticals

The role is responsible for strategizing, implementing, tracking, monitoring the major Indian Bank distribution across all verticals including Branch Banking and Non-Branch Banking. The role holder will have the responsibility of building robust Digital Strategy for non prop business channels. He/she will look to build a long term and viable business strategy by focusing on areas such as digital transformation, data access & management, process improvement, cost reduction/mgmt, performance management etc.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Strategize plans for increasing distribution and thereby sales generation capacity to enhance business opportunities.

2. Build a Digital road map and move the distribution process, channels and all stakeholder/contact points from a manual to mobility platform.

3. Relationship Management & Market Information/intel.

4. Designing & Development of Progression Plan & Variable compensation plan for Banca Verticals

5. Incentive for Banca and Sales Progression for FLS and KPIs

6. Opportunities sizing for building a robust relationship Management framework.

Candidate Profile:

- Ideal candidate should be Engineer +MBA or an MBA from a premium Business school, with minimum 10 -12 years of relevant experience as indicated above
