Head - Strategy - NGO/Social Service

Job Description :

- Assist the leadership and core team in executing on program design, budget, resource allocation, impact estimates for expanding our core programs and their components.

- Draft grant proposals in collaboration with internal leadership, operations, curriculum design, research and technology and external teams via multiple models of fundraising in conjunction with Head of Fundraising

- Be a point of contact for external communication (international events and traditional/non-traditional media ) as well as for external partners, supporters, advisors

- Lead special strategic projects and campaigns as required.

- Maintain a robust knowledge management system for the team to access relevant documents, reports, and data and build donor and government-specific collateral

- Ensure compliance of the organization in collaboration with the board, the finance, and the legal team.
