Head Strategy & New Products - Consumer/Nutrition/Healthcare/Consulting
- Responsible for developing long range vision of the needs of the organization, anticipate the impact of business trends and prepare plans accordingly
- Formulating Long Term & Mid-Term Strategic Plans for the Country. Monitor Trends.
- Evaluate market size, competitor accomplishments and industry structures
- Creation of ideas to scope finalisation for all new product / product lines
- Working with senior management and develop short- and long-term strategic business goals
- Support in the creation of annual business plans and any resulting acceleration plan.
- Working with Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial Heads to identify the product pipeline.
- Drive the execution of Product development by creating a project plan and ensure compliance to time, cost and quality specs.
- Lead a team of Business Analysts who will support Country Head in creating communication decks & MIS.
- Responsible for facilitating the business planning process (Strategic and Financial)
- Develop business case for new product development and launch
- Provide necessary post-launch support to ensure launch stability
Ideal Candidate :
- MBA from premier institute (Full time Only) IIMs or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Should have leadership experience of diverse Cross-Functional Teams across function
- Having an out of the box approach, multitasking and also best practices and benchmarking the data, which in turn will improve efficiencies
