Head - Strategy - Manufacturing/Healthcare

Looking for a Senior Strategy Leader for a Multi Business Group, manufacturing/Healthcare Oriented

Role would involve :

- Drive growth initiatives in prioritized areas, new areas or in existing businesses

- Enhance top line / bottom-line performance of existing businesses through targeted deep dives

KRA :

- Lead Group's growth initiatives

- Develop and work with a high performance team to deliver the key objectives

- Offer project management and process support to the company, CEO and top teams for topline / bottom-line improvement

- Offer analytical support to Group company, CEO and top teams for the most important financial and strategic initiatives

Required :

- Premier MBA Only 2006 - 2009 Pass outs with good track record.

- Candidates from Consulting companies / Manufacturing/Heavy Metal/ Healthcare industries - who have driven strategic initiatives at a leadership level independently & led a team as well.
