Head - Strategy - Life Insurance

Job Summary :

- To provide access to analytics, insights on critical issues and overall business performance for the Company. One of the critical role is to identifies cross-functional and cross-business synergies opportunities that shall drive efficiencies linked to cost, agility, and business performance. One of the business enabler is to look for new innovative business model and technologies that can be a game changer in the industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Business Intelligence :

- Decide on the reporting requirements (structure, cascade, frequency, formats)

- Conduct data analysis - internal and market trends including benchmarking

- Predictive analytics - future probabilities

- Report Key events (financial, political, natural) and assess likely impact

- Report progress on key performance indicators

- Share regulatory changes being planned / discussed

Business Excellence :

- Seek inputs on ideas internally and externally for improvement

- Identify technology and other interventions to address the identified opportunities

- Identify key trends - global and local. Decide key themes for innovation

- Business case -preparation / approvals / budget sanction

- Develop a framework - operating model, IT model etc. to support execution

Incubation Centre :

- Identify and onboard a team - internal and external (partners)

- Identify potential nature of partnerships (investment, acquisition, contractual)

- Support development of project plan and milestones

- Review progress and report

Successful Candidate :

- The successful candidate must be an MBA (Tier I Institutes - IIM (A,B,C,I, K,L), JBIMS, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain) or CA 1st Attempt

- 4 - 8 years of experience, age not more than 32 to 35 yrs
