Head of Strategy & IT

Company : A leading Auto Components and Precision Engineered products manufacturer.

Role :

- The Head of Strategy & IT is a key member of the management team, providing leadership, owning and driving the corporate strategy formulation, road-mapping, resource management and strategy execution to enable achievement of the business vision.

- In addition to strategy role, this person also has leadership responsibility for the IT infrastructure, data management and reporting function to ensure IT capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth objectives.

Specifications :

- Engineer with an MBA from a premier institute preferred.

- 12 to 18 years of relevant leadership experience in corporate strategy/corporate planning/business analysis in a senior role, in Automobile/Automobile Consulting space, preferably well traveled and experience working with multi cultural teams.

- Expertise in data analytics and handling internal and external inputs to derive meaningful insights and convert them as opportunities for organisational success.
