Head of Strategy

Reports To: VP Strategy

Designation: National Head Strategy

Objectives:

To support and lead a variety of strategic efforts inclusive of playing a pivotal role in building the company annual/long-term strategic plans. This position is crucial to company's ability to establish its short, medium, and long-term plans. The candidate will need to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in the development of company-wide operational strategies.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent

Experience: At least 10-12 years experience, with increasing responsibility. 2 years of providing support at CXO level

Functional Competencies:

- Strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature.

- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

- Strong communication and coordination skills required.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Head of Strategy and Transformation to understand the company strategy and the deployment activities linked across functions.

- Lead specific outcome based strategic projects /analysis as part of the CEO office. Oversee the development, communication and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve new business for the organisation

- Conduct data-driven analysis to support and make recommendations on strategy and drive growth

- Be the nodal resource and lead the LRP and BP processes on behalf of Strategy function. Align all stakeholder functions incl SLT on expected outcomes, timelines and execution activities.

- Lead the agenda and drive the committed actions from OU /BIG meetings, other internal meetings. Lead cross-functional projects and workstreams.

- Prepare/create whitepapers to support specific business outcomes and align with the overall strategy. Conduct research, analyse and collect data to prepare reports and documentation for monthly reviews.

- Maintain confidentiality and use a high degree of discretion in sharing information.
