Job Designation : Head of Strategy

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform competitive, performance, and market feedback analysis to identify areas of risk/opportunity, propose initiatives to mitigate or accelerate those and drive high-impact ad hoc projects if required.

- Develop and execute the organization's rhythm of business processes

- Develop and drive performance and deep dive cycles & track progress

- Source competitive intelligence and drive market and strategic insights

- Support the fund-raising activities, investor meetings, board reviews etc.

- Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities - develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities

- Execute critical projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams across the organization. Support local implementation of global programs together in the market.

What you'll do:

- For high priority problem statements, work with Corp. Strategy leadership to define the problem scope, identify key hypotheses, define analyses plan and gain agreement on key deliverables and timelines

- Manage leaders expectations, communicate effectively and drive the organization to action

- This role will provide a great seat-at-the-table to learn and influence the development of consumer internet in India and will act as a launch pad for impact in horizontal and vertical roles over a period of time.

What you'll need:

- 10+ years' experience in a top consulting/ corporate strategy role. Added plus if there is a Strong understanding in consumer internet, travel domains

- Superior analytical skills including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems

- Ability to connect with people across teams and levels
