Head - Strategy (Corporate Office- Delhi) for a very large and renowned company in Medical diagnostics field. - Preferably from Diagnostics/ Healthcare Industry - Base location at Delhi corporate office Qualification - MBA - Marketing Age below : 45 - Above 15-20 years of experience in Business Strategy Key Accountabilities: - Responsible for developing overall Business strategy of Company. identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them - This is a techno-commercial position that will be responsible for evaluating and managing new and current strategic business opportunities, initiatives, partnerships, and alliances in support of the organization's commercial goals. - Support strategy development. In conjunction with the team, drive the development of long-term and short-term strategies to advance positioning in the marketplace, and work with key stakeholders across the company to continuously enhance the process for strategy development/strategic planning. - Execution of partnerships. mergers and acquisition, Source and effectively negotiate successful outcomes for potential commercial and strategic partnerships, collaborations, etc. Set the framework for, and construct innovative, value-creating "win-win" deals to meet company strategic and financial objectives, while interfacing with cross-functional team members such as Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales: - Excellent analytical, project management, data mining and applications and organizational skills with the ability to make sound business judgments - Experience in conducting financial analysis and championing the business case with Senior Management - Energetic, resourceful self-starter with high integrity, strong executive presence and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
