Head - Strategy Consulting - Auto/OEM/Consulting industry only Educational qualification : BE and MBA Relevant experience - - 8 - 20 years of experience doing business and strategic planning ideally in a Management Consulting firm / automotive / manufacturing industry. Responsibilities - - To formulate the strategy and change initiatives for the client to in order to realize company's vision. - Develop medium and long term strategic plans for the client by assessing and analysing the business environment, industry trends, economic environment, the client's product portfolio and market dynamics in order to decide long term strategy for business - Drive the implementation of the strategic priorities by cascading down the strategic objectives into functional initiatives and establishing a review mechanism to ensure execution of the initiatives - Establish a business monitoring and governance mechanism for key operational parameters and consistently monitor and recommend business efficiency improvements - Drive improvements in business performance by undertaking and monitoring special projects to ensure that the overall strategic objectives of the organization are met - Assist the President &amp; CEO in inorganic expansion by evaluating potential acquisition targets that will provide the client with expanded market, products or technologies to enable overall realization of strategic objectives. - Ensure alignment of the key functional heads with the strategic direction of the client through frequent interactions to communicate strategic objectives and incorporating their inputs during the formulation of the strategy for the client. - Support the digital transformation initiative from the CEO's office.
