Head- Strategy for Agribusiness in Mumbai (Female)

Roles and responsibilities :

- Enabling the farming community by developing different demand generation models and building capabilities for agronomic extension.

- Build capabilities & capacities for agriculture extension by creating centers of agri excellence, through model forward farms that demonstrate use of technology be it product, digital, advisory etc.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Field Solutions, Market development, marketing, IT and digital teams to create an offering that delivers attractive ROI and is affordable for small farmers.

- Collaborate with different stakeholders (govt/PPP/non govt) to leverage these farmers.

- Test various technologies (Product, services, digital, drones etc) to establish proof of concept and further commercialization in to large scale.
