Head - Strategic Sourcing - FMCG/FMCD

Role & responsibilities include :

- Implement various sourcing strategies, policies, costing norms for streamlined production to meet marketing demand.

- Develop strategic vendor partners

- Selecting, evaluating and managing performance of local & Global vendors to ensure reliable, on time, cost effective availability of a wide range of quality goods and services

- Supply chain management, including supplier relationships, scorecards, and global supplier management

- Play pivotal role with Management & team to achieve YOY plan

- Strategize, oversee & implement outsourcing activity to meet budgeted targets at all plants

- Streamlining functions of Materials, logistics, and cost control & quality adherence

- Supplier base rationalization & supplier base up gradation

- Alternate sourcing & timely planning of all parts

- Ensure alignment with other departments including R&D, quality, sales, and engineering.

- Drive continuous improvement, kaizen/lean projects, and productivity to drive savings and efficiency

- Analyzing financial data (e.g. expenditures, cost projections, etc.) and making recommendations

- Leading and Integrating Digital Transformation
