- Leads planning, implementation and measurement of the success of product specific marketing and sales deliverables.
- Strategising New Product Launch and Re- Positioning of the existing product line.
- Develop a team and is accountable for ensuring the correct deployment of the strategic direction set and coordination of all marketing & sales activities.
- Drives the development and implementation of cohesive strategic marketing & Sales activities on PAN India basis, capable of establishing tactical plans and are accountable for results.
- Develops strategic marketing & Sales plans through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.
- Gains commitment and guides implementation of these marketing & Sales plans to ensure delivery of expected results.
- Develop strategies to meet competitive threats and/or develop strategies to achieve competitive advantage.
- Manages individual contributors and has overall responsibility for building and maintaining a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching of staff.
- Analysis sophisticated quantitative and qualitative methodologies about the markets and products and customers and helps to develop both short and long-term strategies for competitive differentiation that contribute to solid business results.
