Reporting to the Regional Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for
- Create comprehensive regional sourcing strategies across various categories for India Sub Continent and another global region and identifying sustainable, long-term savings opportunities by exploring all potential value levers
- For sourcing across various categories of indirect procurement which include Marketing, Finance, Office/Admin, HR, Professional Services etc.
- Formulating the sourcing strategies along with the development and maintenance of healthy relationships across various categories of vendors
- Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organisation
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of operations
Profile : You will be a professional with around 8 years of experience in sourcing and procurement across various categories of indirect procurement. Prior experience of working in a regional/global role is a must. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
