POSITION DESCRIPTION:&nbsp; - Drive leadership of the strategic planning function nationally.&nbsp; - Lead digital strategy for campaigns, content and platforms.&nbsp; - Lead data led insight mining.&nbsp; - Drive the clients brand narratives on digital.&nbsp; - Drive integrated marketing strategy in collaboration with main line agency partners in the group.&nbsp; - Collaborate with creative and business partners to produce effective and award winning - work- on client mandates.&nbsp; - Actively contribute in organisation building and people development. HIRING PROFILE:&nbsp; - 14 -18 years- experience in brand and communication strategy with proven track record of partnering large brands in driving their mandate on digital.&nbsp; - Must have at least 5 years in top tier digital agencies - rest may be in mainline advertising, marketing, digital consulting.&nbsp; - In-depth knowledge of digital ecosystems and platforms.&nbsp; - Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.&nbsp; - Understanding of analytics, data and deep comfort with reporting and analysis across multiple digital channels. - Strong experience in overall consumer planning, channel planning and integrated digital campaigns.&nbsp; - Strong track record of leadership and team mentoring.&nbsp; - Understanding of user journeys, content audits and recommendations, platform usability analysis and user experience design.&nbsp; - Demonstrated record of developing successful digital strategies across channels/devices - portfolio of campaigns/successes.
