- Defining brand positioning basis target segments, white spaces and competitive landscape
- Define marketing communication plan which will help positioning.
- Measurement of brand perception
- Advocacy (both customer and govt.)
- Define the right communities and advocates and develop a plan to engage with them.
- Measure the change in advocacy levels through Net Promoter Score.
- Campaign related support
- Collaborate with market attack teams and design campaign related material, sales pitch books and collaterals
- Value proposition development initiatives
- Defining value proposition by product and target segment (basis competitive offering and intended brand positioning
- Conduct market analytics (product benchmarking, customer segmentation & profiling, competition landscaping, etc.).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (good with MS office tools)
Qualifications and other attributes :
- Candidate must be an Engineering Graduate with an MBA in Marketing.
- Should have prior branding and strategic marketing related experience.
- Should have good understanding of aluminum market landscape
- Knowledge on customer segmentation, profiling, needs and market research
- Experience of developing a marketing communication plan.
- Knowledge of digital mediums of marketing
- Experience of managing advocacy programs
- Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically and analyze diverse set product-market combinations.
- Good presentation skills (will be required to present branding, campaign and market research related documents).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (good with MS office tools)
