We are looking for a Head of Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Communications. - He/She would be a part of a company's executive leadership team and shall report directly to the company's MD and other board of directors. - This person would develop, oversee and help implement programs and projects that support the company's vision and short- and long-term plans. - To guide the Company on decisions pertaining to capital structure, product mix, new areas and scope leverage in order to maximize overall value of the corporation - Provide strategic direction to various functions to achieve business targets. - Develop strategic business and / or operational plans, as part of Senior Management. - Co-ordinations with various departments on formulating, implementing, evaluating and monitoring the initiatives. - We are looking for strong communication skills and leadership ability along with an ability to identify and solve problems. Impeccable time-management skills are necessary, along with the ability to set goals and help others reach them. One should be able to work well with others, manage projects and multitask.
