Head - Strategic Initiatives & Incubation

Hiring Head of strategic initiatives and incubation to supervise our new businesses and investments, starting with 5 businesses in Year

This involves working directly with the Group CEO in the following areas :

- Development of business plan and financial models

- Recruitment and hiring of teams

- Mentoring and coaching of teams

- Creating business processes and supervising their implementation

- Providing strategic inputs for the management and growth of the companies

- Creating and implementing metrics and processes to evaluate the performance and growth of the companies

- Exploring new business and investment opportunities

- Exploring and evaluating exit and liquidation opportunities in the investments

Qualifications :

- We are looking at someone with a business consulting background with 7-15 years of experience with a Top 3 consulting firm with significant exposure to consumer facing businesses
