Macro Perspective of the role: - Will work closely with the MD & the CXO team. - Be an internal assessor/critique of the operating & financial metrics and efficiency parameters benchmarking v/s the sector and peers - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate potential impacts on the company's performance and strategy. - Be the external first face to the investor community - Effectively communicate the company's financial results, business strategies, and key messages to the investors, to showcase business value Candidate profile: - Post graduate in Management(MBA) /CA/CFA with 12-15 years plus/minus work experience in equity research/broking house/fund with a financial services (ideally lending) sector background - Deep understanding of the "lending business" and "its efficiency metrics" is critical - Financial modelling/projections, "what if simulations" are imperatives. - Comes with strong Analytical skills, good written & oral communication - Maturity to interact and manage the interpersonal relations with CXO's and the rest of the senior management team is essential. Will need to coordinate all investor information and monthly reviews internally & externally.
