Head - Strategic Initiatives - Financial Services

Primary responsibilities:

- The role holder will work closely with the MD & the CXO team.

- Be an internal assessor/critique of the operating & financial metrics and efficiency parameters, benchmarking v/s the sector and peers.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate potential impacts on the company's performance and strategy.

- Be the external first face to the investor community.

- Effectively communicate the company's financial results, business strategies, and key growth initiatives to the investors, to showcase business value.

- DCF Analysis to determine the value of an investment based on its future cash flows.

Candidate Profile:

- Postgraduate in Management (MBA) /CA/CFA with 10-15 years plus/minus, work experience in equity research/broking house/fund with a financial services (ideally lending) sector background.

- Deep understanding of the "lending business" and "its efficiency metrics" is critical.

- Financial modelling/projections, "what if simulations" are imperatives.

- Comes with strong Analytical skills, good written & oral communication.

- Maturity to interact and manage the interpersonal relations with CXO's and the rest of the senior management team is essential.

- Will need to coordinate all investor information and monthly reviews internally & externally.
