Head - Strategic Finance - IT - CA/CFA

- Total 15+ experience in Corporate Finance or Lending function.

- 10-12 years of experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions

- 6-8 years of end-to-end transaction experience gained through Investment Banking / DebtCapital Markets /non-equity fund raise

- Strong Technology / IT Services industry knowledge and experience

- Ability to build and maintain a network of relationships which facilitate deal flow

- Experience of raising atleast INR 200 Cr. debt capital for a Corporate / Fund

- Expertise in financial, tax and legal Due Diligence process

- Ability to run the function with a small team and minimum supervision from management

Role summary :

- Debt and non-equity fund raising

- Develop the Financing strategy for new opportunities (bids and M&A)

- Lead tax and legal DD in Bids and M&As

- Deal with external stakeholders such as banking and financial institutions, lease financers, bond markets, credit rating agencies, vendor & OEM financing.

- The role will report into the Global CEO and will be peer to Company CFO.

Qualifications :

- Post-graduate degree / MBA in finance / Professional qualification such as CA, CFA
