- Identify institutional investors, other investors and distribution channels to raise capital for the business.

- Develop recommendations for private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.

- Implementing long and short-term financial plans

- Recognising new business opportunities & Structuring and negotiating financial deals

- Delivering value to the business through integration readiness assessments, developing integration strategies, target due diligence, and post-close integration management

- Making effective decisions through the analysis of information and proficient deal analysis, negotiation and execution

- 8 -12 years of work experiences in venture capital or fund raising and investor relations experiences at an investment management firm
