Head - Strategic Consulting & Valuations - Centre of Excellence - Real Estate Sector (12-18 yrs)
Role is to handle :
- Lead delivery aspects of consulting projects,
- Establish and maintain quality standards,
- Drive standardization and process orientation.
- The business provides real estate consulting services to clients
- Incumbent should have about 12-18 years of experience in real estate (preferable), consulting or related fields. Leadership role in a centre of excellence would be preferred.
- This is a new role and hence the incumbent is required to have the ability to chart out a way in an unstructured environment. You must have demonstrated success in large change management initiatives. You have to be collaborative in nature
- This is a large team handling role and the incumbent needs to have strong skills to inspire leadership across levels
- Prefer from IPC/ Top 4 Mnc Consulting firms /Real estate Leading brands
