Experience Required : - 15-20 years' experience in Enterprise Sales involving complex/solution sales
Job Description :
Strategic and planning
- Create/execute an Account Plan Strategy for penetrating and building leadership for all of Company offerings
- Account and segment level profitability and market share
- Identify early industry and market trends affecting mobility choices of mega corporations and spearhead Company response to these
- Competition assessment and potential eco-system partnerships
- Build the best Key Account Management team in the mobility and industry.
- Build, motivate and lead a team of high performing senior sales account managers
- Continuously assess and update the potential of Strategic accounts for right staffing
- Allocate accounts to ensure optimum account coverage and depth of penetration
- Closely guide the Strategic Accounts' Managers in mapping each account and in crafting and executing account level plans
- Work with the team in target achievement planning for the year/quarter/ month
- Work with the National Sales Team and the Operations' team on an operating model that ensures a seamless experience across the country to Strategic Accounts
- Build personal rapport with key CXOs in customer organisations to understand their personal and professional objectives related to the delivery of mobility solutions
- Set stretch goals for the team and regularly review plans to achieve these goals
- Contribute in providing collective leadership to the sales and marketing function along with other segment leaders
- Work closely with other departments like Operations, Marketing,HR and Technology to ensure a great experience to internal teams and external buyers and end-users
- Identify development areas for direct reportees and work with the L&D team towards appropriate interventions including mentoring, training and coaching
- Measure and manage performance of the team on a daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly/annual basis, keep track of various performance metrics
- Provide candid guidance to the team and help low performing individuals scale-up through Performance improvement plans
- Ensure enthusiastic adoption of Sales Force and other digital tools in the team
- Provide escalation support to sales and operations team across the country
- Partner with HR in recruiting a team of Account Managers
- Innovate, make continuous improvements and take new initiatives
