Head - Store Management - FMCG

Role and Responsibilities :

As the Head - Store Management you will :

- Lead the operations and Business development of all stores Pan India

- Lead the expansion of overall retail network and store

- Built a robust store level stock and sales plan and ensure that all SLA's are met

- Lead a team of 15 to 20 individuals in various locations

Eligibility Criteria :

To be eligible for the role you must have :

- A graduation / Post Graduation Certification in any discipline

- 10+ years of experience in managing store operation end to end ( sales, customer service, inventory)

- 5+ years of people management experience
