Head - Stocks Training

Roles and Responsibilities -

- To deliver end-to-end training on Stock Markets, Options Market

- To create Training Modules & Contribute to Curriculum Planning, Study Notes

- To create video content for Online sessions

- Impart Practical session on strategy, technical & fundamental analysis to the all equity dealers.

- Work closely with the management on new product development and training initiatives

- It will be an individual contributor role

- Give them training on software like- NOW, NEST, ODIN, TRADINGVIEW, FALCON, etc.

- Clear Equity Dealers doubts during the market hours or after the market hours.

- Aware Dealers of the latest news in the stock market.

- Must have practical and theoretical knowledge of the stock market.

Desired Candidate Profile -

- A strong understanding of Equity Derivatives and/or advanced technical analysis to act as a Subject Matter Expert

- Excellent analytical skills attention to detail

- Excellent with Presentation & Training & Development

- Excellent training delivery skills - both online and offline

- Superior verbal and written English communication skills

- A keen knowledge of financial markets that has been developed both personally and professionally

Qualification, Experience:

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in a Training (BFSI, Broking/Securities)
