Head - Staffing - Engineering/Infra/Real Estate

Our Client is a leading player in the Engineering and Infrastructure sector with turnover in excess of 5000 crores. They are currently looking for head of staffing based in Hyderabad to head PAN India and overseas recruitment for their prestigious projects.

- Ideal candidate will have 18-20 years of post-qualification experience out of which at least 5 years in leading hiring’s for entry to leadership hiring.

- Focus will be on ability to setup and implement strong recruitment practice and leading a team in meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality and cost per hire.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ease to interface with senior leadership team in the organization is a must.

- Preference will be given to prospects from engineering / infrastructure / large real estate industries of repute.
