HR Head /Senior Manager HR
Responsibilities - This role will lead the HR function of the company end to end including HR policy formulation, process improvement, ERP implementation, Industrial relations, employee engagement, recruitment etc. Will lead Pan India HR as a Business partner, work with CXO level people in HR strategies & operations management.
Candidates profile – An ideal candidate will have at least 11 years of experience in HR with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Must have worked with manufacturing company and handled policy formulation, implementation & industrial relations/labour laws (good to have), a corporate HR exposure with a manufacturing company is also good. Must have excellent communication and maturity to deal with CXO level people who are expats.
Experience with a manufacturing/capital goods/automotive/pharmaceutical manufacturing/FMCG/ or any other manufacturing company is essential.
Company – One of the TOP 3 globally in their industry segment(capital goods manufacturing).
Qualification – MBA
CTC – 12-14 lacs p.a
