Head - Specialized Accounting - CA

- Own and deliver finance migration for the global finance team

- Lead the projects for R2R, O2C,P2P

- Work closely with the Business Transformation team

- Ensure service level agreement and performance targets

- Accountable for all P2P work streams

- Strong background in O2C operations and an experience in process re-engineering and solutioning

- Day to Day interaction with authority

- Fortnightly interaction with CEO

Academic Qualification:

- CA by profession

- Should have cleared it either 1st, 2nd 3rd attempt

- 13-18 years of expereince in finance and accounting functions

- Should have been into people management role and have handled least an FTE of 60 -100 members

- Should have an exposure in offshoring and has handled F&A transition with strong exposure and experience in solutioning
