We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategy Specialist for a leading Telecom / Cloud Services Company.

1. As a Talent Acquisition Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the organization.

2. This role is more strategic in nature and will have very little role to play in day to day recruitment process.

3. This role also requires candidates with experience in building D&I Initiatives & creating entire Talent Acquisition Strategy, Employer Branding.

4. Should have hired volumes in front line sales hiring and understand marketing mapping

5. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition initiatives and ensuring the acquisition of skilled professionals in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute innovative and comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and plans tailored to the specific needs of the Telecommunication Sector.

2. Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, skills requirements, and long-term business goals.

3. Utilize market research, industry insights, and competitor analysis to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.

4. Establish and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support talent acquisition efforts when needed.

5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and enhance the employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition and proactively recommend improvements to existing strategies.

7. Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Industry Preference - Telecom / Cloud / IT Services or allied industries
