One of the Reputed conglomerate is hiring for Head Special Projects

The prime responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Main Responsibility :

We are seeking a Senior Dynamic professional to lead the Civil Projects portfolio of the Corporate Office and oversee a wide range of projects aligning with the group's strategic objectives and repute. The incumbent will lead dedicated teams developing, redeveloping, and refurbishing corporate run-initiatives like office spaces, guesthouses, learning centers, amongst other special projects like luxury residential; recreational facilities. He/ she will lead ideation, inception, execution, and control of diverse projects both domestic overseas. The right candidate should be a visionary leader having a proven track record of successfully delivering complex; diverse civil engineering projects in condensed timelines; budgets and possess a deep understanding of unique challenges thereof. While maintaining

amicable relations with internal; external stakeholders, the incumbent will need to align; integrate resources, systems; processes which would enable efficient use of resources, lay the framework for a seamless working environment, and allow fungibility of skills; resources across diverse projects initiated by the Group.

Project Management: Execution, Monitoring and Control of parallel projects running at the same time to ensure timebound delivery.

Systems Processes: Developing structured frameworks and robust SOPs to achieve specific goals, manage operations efficiently, and ensure consistency and effectiveness in tasks and activities.

Manpower planning: Effective allocation of resources. Optimized mix of onroll; contractual workforce to maintain a lean team and increase effectiveness

Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance: Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, vendors, and partners to ensure effective communication and alignment of project objectives.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and expenditures to ensure cost-effective project delivery while maintaining profitability.

Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering collaborative and growth-oriented environment that enhances technical skills and overall performance

Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control processes to monitor and ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and business expectations

Redevelopment; Expansion: Apart from Green-field projects, this role will include a fair share of overhaul and extension of existing infrastructure to suit current; future needs.

Modernization, Beautification, Maintenance; Repairs Upgrading design and amenities to meet contemporary standards, improve functionality and enhance aesthetic appeal.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience :

- A minimum of 15-25 years of progressively responsible experience in civil project management, with a proven history of successfully delivering projects in various sectors.

- Proficiency in project management and design software tools.
