Head - SOX & Audit - BFSI/BPO - EMEA & APAC Region

Role:

- Will be responsible to set up and lead SOX and Audit Team and processes for a Global Insurance Major.

- Will be leading a FCU team of 40-50 professionals, operating for APAC and EMEA regions.

- Will have to plan & strategize transitions, identify and implement process improvements and build customer relationship to improve engagement.

- Will ensure management of control testing program, evaluation of other data, identify and assess all financial control related . This includes issues related to the SOX, MAR and FRB control structure.

Requirement:

- Handling team of SOX/Audit professionals in a BFSI setup or for a BFSI client

Qualified: CA/CPA/MBA

- Experience of working in a global environment with high customer centricity

- Six sigma GB / BB certified

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
