Sorcing Head

- Support in developing a strategic roadmap for Sourcing and contribution towards Top Line and Boom Line growth product range from towels, robes, beach collection, bed accessories, bedding etc

- Support in developing the annual business plan (products, budget, timeline of production), annual operating Budgets in alignment to the long term production strategy and its drive its execution

- Find the right supplier for each product keeping in mind costs, quality and any other duty implications

- Responsible for sourcing of Products as per the dened Lead Time

- Quality inspection to ensure quality throughout the factory manufacturing process and for materials sourced through vendors

- Align to requirements for Customers- for b2b2c sales channels and with Ecommerce. Minimise lead times

- Find suppliers who are exible with MOQs to work with ecommerce and brand.com

- Continuously work on sourcing and development new product in coordination with sales and Plant Teams which are aligned with overall business requirement and bring cost eciencies

- Drive the highest quality standards for the product sourced from vendors/suppliers in alignment with Business and Customers/ Buyers.
