Head Sourcing -leading QSR Bangalore
A leading QSR client in Bangalore is looking for a Lead Sourcing role.
- Sourcing , Supply chain planning and Demand forecasting
- Sensing, inventory planning, supply planning, new product & promotion planning, and supplier managed inventory
- Manage supply and inventory of Raw Materials, Ingredients, Commodities, Fruits and Vegetables, Food and Beverages
- Manage supply and inventory of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials , ensures that these are systematically allocated, and facilities complete in quantity, in good quality condition, on the most economical and timely basis
- Identify risks within the supply chain and work with internal and external stakeholders to increase security and sustainability of supply chain.
- Initiates and leads the development of short and long-term supply plans to balance the demand forecast with cost, efficiency and capacity constraints. Optimizes the flow of product through the supply chain.
- Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
- Minimize logistics cost & Obsolescence of stock.
- May develop and maintain buy plans and submit and monitor purchase orders
- Prepare out-of-stock and other analyses to facilitate cost and service improvements.
- Lead all internal Materials Management activities
- Build and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure stock levels meet demand and compliance KPIs are achieved.
- Add identification and empanelment of new vendors and negotiation skills for the same
MBA/ Post Graduate :
- Overall 8-10 years- experience Supply Chain experience within the Retail, QSR, food service or hospitality industry
- Positive altitude with a confident customer-focused manner
- Strong collaboration skills
- The confidence and the strength of character to take ownership
