- Conceptualized and streamlined all the process flows of procurement systems in line with F&V B2B business

- Directly responsible for P&L of the B2B Business & Achieved 50% volume growth

- Assortment Planning, National and Regional Sourcing planning

- Played Active role in bringing HoReCa & Kirana customers aboard by creating value on E commerce platform

- Daily Monitoring of F&V Supply fill rates and guiding teams on Indent corrections and Inventory holdings

- Reviewing and tracking sales performance figures and competitor activities

- Ensuring in maintaining standard margins in all monthly & yearly quotes by driving buying efficiency at all Locations

- Inventory management, Buying and Merchandising P&L Team Management
