Client Details :

Our client is a recognized brand in the energy and transmission industry. They're currently looking at strengthening and scaling up operations in India and hence are looking for a Head S&OP based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Description :

Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for :

- Managing the Planning function (across demand, supply and capacity planning) for all the businesses, and ensuring that it is in line with overall company objectives

- Analyzing the historical data and accordingly aligning the capacity planning with close coordination with the sales and manufacturing teams across business verticals

- Liaise extensively with cross functional teams to ensure the accuracy of demand and sales forecasts

- Lead Monthly/Quarterly meetings to review the S&OP Plan and ensure its relevancy to the business

- Responsibility for managing the MIS helping in the analysis of data to increase the overall work efficiency

- Coordinating with the stakeholders across multiple factories and accordingly creating the pipeline for the future

Profile :

You will be a professional with more than 10 years of experience in Planning function ideally in Heavy engineering, consulting, manufacturing industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
