Head - Solutioning & Program Development - Enterprise

As the Head of Solutioning and Programs for our enterprise business, you will help clients transform their L&D and capability development challenges. You will define the scope and outcomes for learning journeys that deliver customized programs using your technology knowledge and experience. You'll be the subject matter expert serving as a liaison between Company & our clients including business and technical resources. As Head of Solutioning and Engagement Architect, you will own and drive technical solutioning across for enterprise deals.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Experience in solutioning and engagement architect roles; solutioning for multi-sector large and complex technology deals

- Work closely with Enterprise Head and guide enterprise sales team through deal pursuits

- Responsible for domain led solutioning for identified accounts and supporting Sales & Presales in proposals/pursuits/events.

- Hands on in creating solution architecture with an alignment with overall enterprise application and IT Roadmap of specific clients

- Help shape RFP responses and bring in incisive insights from technology experience

- Hold client facing conversations with CIOs / CTOs; ability to present and demo technology solutions to clients stakeholders, and business technology groups

- Research new technologies, identify and learn best practice, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance to prospective clients through proposals

Required Technical Expertise:

- 12-15 years of experience in technology (with a focus on Full-stack design, development)

- Emerging technologies like FSD, AI, ML, Big Data, Cloud, Cyber Security, Data Science etc

- Expertise on solution write-up, making client presentations, responding to RFPs

- Development and delivery team management experience in any of the programming languages (including .NET and JAVA for browser-based and desktop technologies)

- Strong tech background Application, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud

- Excellent client / customer relationship management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication
