Role :   - Should be an expert in designing solutions, network design, GST knowledge.   - Develops a comprehensive go-to-market nationwide network strategy designed to increase distribution for our brands in retail, Wholesale and Ecommerce channels.   - Identifies inefficiencies within the logistics network and acts as a project lead to coordinate improvement of distribution activities between consumer brands and customer development organizations.   - Develops KPI benchmarks for the nationwide network.   - Supports branded sales initiatives and develops programs to increase customer value through innovation and network.  - Recommends optional efficiencies, develops network analysis and monitors specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.   - Market Research, Target Customer Database development, Leading the pitches to CxOs from FMCG, Lifestyle, Consumer Durables, Auto Spares.   - Experience with Supply Chain Network  Experience Required :   Good understanding of commercials, Good understanding of solutions selling, Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a similar profile  Target Industries :  - Top Consulting Companies, B2B Sales organisation, IT consulting company, Top supply chain leadership positions in consumption companies such as FMCG, Retail, Technology, Lifestyle, Consumer Durables, Auto  Qualifications Required : BE + MBA (Tier 1 Institutes a must)  Reporting To : Head - Business Development
